To
my grandfather, VASARELY and to my father, YVARAL, I owe both my
personal and professional involvement in our 20th century art world
to which they contributed so much.
Schooled
by experience, my eye developed, matured, and sharpened through constant
contact with the parallel worlds of the visual arts, communications,
and industry. |
| |
With
my graduate degree in Political Science,1984, for over
ten years, I directed the Vasarely Foundation in Gordes
(Didactic Museum), and the Architectonic Center in Aix-en-Provence.
I
have organized numerous one-man shows and group exhibitions,
art displays, and participated in the creation of architectural
ensembles.
While
collaborating with visual artists, curators, art dealers
and collectors, one of my chief present concerns is with
the authentication and appraisal of works of the cinetic
period. |

 |
I
have at my disposal considerable documentary materials permitting
precise identification of art works submitted for expertise. Thanks
to my familiarity with leading figures in the field, my services
are frequently sollicited by individuals and businesses interested
in sponsorship.
Likewise,
my extensive experience in the creation and distribution of art
works allow me considerable freedom of choice and judgment which
has led to creative and innovative solutions.
Interesting
new pathways have been opened, allowing art and the artist a worthy
place in society.
